Being one of two dream homes built for the Dream Home Lottery Foundation supporting the local Hospitals, we set out to build an award winning, record breaking home. We embarked on this project building two unique homes with one goal, of selling out tickets raising money and awareness for these great causes.
This home featured a custom basketball court in the basement, with a true regulation height net. European white oak floors serve as the footing for countless custom installations of marble veneers, floating mantles, inset TV cases, and stone work appearing to flow right inside the home for the outside.

With it’s modern aluminium construction windows and sliding glass walls on all three floors there was a true emphasis on healthy and active living. With the ski hill, trails, and mountain biking at your door, it’s the perfect home for this idyllic location.
In 2017 this home broke the record for most ticket sales in one season of the Dream Lottery Foundation and we are proud to have been a part of this, giving back to such an incredible community and cause.
